The Wallet follows The Chase and is the second in a series of plays forming a trilogy. The Wallet continues the story of a volunteer, inner-city ministry the author directed while a ministry student. The author is robbed by a street gang but God spares his life again. There are some other exciting events, including some characters turning to Christ.
The project is called Project 521 after the number of the first target building located in a low-income, gang-controlled, inner-city housing project area. The project name has been changed and the school location is kept anonymous.
Since 1970, the author has traveled in the United States and Canada, preaching and sharing his street gang experiences upon which the plays are based
