Wallace's American Stud Book V1 is a comprehensive compilation of the pedigrees of American and imported blood horses, first published in 1867 by John Hankins Wallace. The book is divided into sections, with each section dedicated to a specific breed of horse, such as Thoroughbreds, Arabians, and Morgans. Within each section, the pedigrees of individual horses are listed, along with their owners and any notable achievements or offspring. The book also includes a glossary of horse-related terms and a list of breeders and owners.
