Increasing the understanding of the impact that someone's behaviour has on another person's is becoming an increasingly important tool for practitioners who attempt to reduce both reoffending and other general problematic behaviours. Its importance can be seen in the Probation Services, Youth Offending Services, Prisons and even schools who have decided to promote and implement aspects of an intervention called Restorative Justice (RJ).
