Vestaria, is a kingdom ruled by cat-like creatures called Katoeans. Isabella is the queen, and Bleu, the youngest member of the family, is her daughter and heir to the throne. Isabella's siblings support her rule of the kingdom. Prince Pumpkin commands the army and the castle guard. While Princess Kitty runs the castle's functions. Prince Smokey has no responsibility but stays informed of all the kingdom's activities. Dillon, Kitty's son, is the Duke of Vestaria and the greatest archer in the kingdom.
The kingdom is invaded by Diamonsteneez, a newly awakened dragon who is hungry for power, and decides Vestaria is the perfect kingdom for him.
The royal family is faced with dealing with Diamonsteneez. Prince Pumpkin leads the defense effort and relies on Dillon to slay the dragon. Bleu can influence Katoeans and other animals, a power no one else possesses. She is determined to use her power to help defeat Diamonsteneez, but the rest of the family fears she is too young and inexperienced to be involved. They unite in protecting her from danger.
Diamonsteneez is a formidable enemy, and he presents a greater challenge than the royal family first thought.
