Following the positive reception of his first collection of poems, The Well, The Key & The Pen, Stuart was encouraged to produce a second, slim collection of additional works. Predominately written in 1987 with a couple of earlier, previously unpublished poems, this second collection, View Other Side was first printed in 1987. The themes reflect Stuart's observations of life at that time often with his customary humour and acerbic wit. This latest edition printed in 2020 sees a couple of reworkings but, by and large, it remains the musings of a man in his mid-twenties in the mid-eighties.
