Venezuelan Documents in Immigration Court is the first specialized work to combine primary-source Venezuelan documentary intelligence with U.S. immigration law practice. Written by a former Venezuelan Public Prosecutor and an immigration attorney with over thirty years of practice before the EOIR and the BIA, this work analyzes the most common Venezuelan documents found in asylum files: national identity cards (cédulas de identidad), passports, birth certificates, CICPC complaints, medico-legal reports, notarized documents, and political party letters. Each chapter examines authenticity, fraud, and their implications for immigration proceedings. It includes an analysis of DHS's Percival Directive of May 26, 2026. Intended for immigration attorneys, EOIR judges, USCIS officers, and accredited representatives.
