Vatour: Law and Order is the first of four sequels to the 2020 paranormal crime thriller, Vatour: Feel free... to DIE as part of a collection called The Price of Progress. Each details to fallout of Vatour's action and his death. Law and Order centres around an elaborate kidnapping of the new Mayoral Candidates during a time of immense chaos and strife. The city of Scotch is on fire. The criminals who lay in hiding out of fear for their lives have come out in full force, bringing death and destruction with them. Commissioner Kintu of the S.C.P.D. (Scotch City Police Department) is desperate to regain order and he starts with the three officers who gave him the most grief: Captain Haruto Akuyama, Detective Alex J. Applegate and especially the telepathic Junior Detective Lucrecia Amon, whom he blames for his mental deterioration. There's another problem though. Vatour isn't dead... And he is no longer the only game in town.
