Unplanned (everything I thought I wanted) is a raw and heartfelt collection of poems that explores the uncharted territories of motherhood, loss, and the unexpected twists of life. Through each verse, the author navigates the complexities of being a special needs parent, facing the profound grief of loss, and coming to terms with the unplanned, often painful but sometimes funny moments that shape us. These poems offer a deeply personal reflection on the messiness of life and the beauty that emerges from embracing it. With honesty and vulnerability, this collection invites readers to find solace, understanding, and a shared humanity in the unspoken moments of transformation.
