Based on the website, the heuristic evaluation had been done and the purpose of this report is to show the Monash library website evaluation based on the Nielsen's 10 Heuristic Evaluation Rules by Jakob Nielsen. Heuristic evaluation is used to assess the usability of the product interface to know whether it meets the user expectation or not. By doing the evaluation, we might find a way to improve user experience with the website and also enhance the quality of the website itself.
