Unlace Me Slowly

One of them already has. The other is beginning to notice.

In the lingering touches.
In the way their body leans closer without thinking.
In the hunger behind casual glances that last too long.

Unlace Me Slowly is the slow seduction of surrender.
The moment between desire and confession, between sleepovers and morning pancakes,

This is the ache of almost.
The heat before the wreckage.
And the beginning of the end of pretending it's not everything.
