Universal Law 12: EarthXFamily establishes the divine right of every legitimately constituted family to receive one hectare of land (10,000 square meters) as property. Under a new world order, this plot of land is provided by the Designer and Creator to ensure that human beings can develop their full potential under equal conditions and with equal resources, completely eradicating poverty, destitution, and homelessness among those living on the streets. To qualify for this higher-level support, the minimum family unit must consist of a man, a woman, and a child. The leaders of all nations have an obligation to guarantee access to these lands along with the basic services necessary for self-sufficiency. The law maintains that there are no valid impediments to restricting equitable ownership of the resources granted by God.
