Robbie is a young woman with Spastic Cerebral Palsy, has limited speech, and spends most of her waking time in her wheelchair. Robbie is starting to understand her own worth in society, and already the local Police have found that she is a valuable asset to them. Robbie has other friends with similar disabilities, some who are living independently, and facing various challenges in doing so. When one of them gets murdered, Robbie takes on the task of helping her friends in trouble and assists the Police to solve the murder. On this journey, she takes great strides to reach her own potential.
