I wrestled with my faith, lost and found and lost myself again, created a version of me that felt strong enough to carry all of the heaviness I felt, and lived to tell the tale. sometimes it feels like half of me didn't survive. the girl I lost along the way is forever chronicled in these pages, with the ugliest things I've ever dared to feel. now, I want to share them with anyone who's ever found themself crying out from the bathroom floor, unable to decide if they want the pain to end, or to persist in perpetuity as a reminder of what was lost. this is for you. xo
