This volume of short stories and essays is my second foray into writing fiction. My long active life includes many scientific as well as exploratory world-wide trips from the farthest northern reaches to Antarctic landfall. In this process of gathering information, I interacted with people of interest from Albania to Zurich who are the characters in my stories.
