Twin Flame is a long poem, more like an epic. It is a spiritual journey in search of the Divine. The poetess feels our entangled thoughts are a hindrance to our reaching the Almighty. She defines mind in so many ways...liquid as water; boisterous and playful like the oceanic waves; the ever-changing rascal and the slippery knave. She says, once the mind is controlled, it can become a companion of our soul. Like all the sages of ancient times, she knows that the soul is ageless, that our mortal bodies are but mere temples of the immortal soul. She craves for the unknown destination where she will be one with the Creator. She through her poem tells us again and again to awaken our consciousness and by this awakening we can rise from our mundane, finite selves to spiritual, infinite beings.
