TRUST AND OBEY is a book of poetic biblical messages. These poems are to show how God's people built faith in Him. They obtained the supernatural move of God in their lives. This book is written to bring glory to God and His Word. Pastor Rhodes loves God's Word. She strongly desires to encourage others to love it, too. Through her own personal life experiences and diligent study of God's Word, she knows what God can do. The Scriptures offer many advantages and tremendous blessings to those who believe in God. For those persons who faithfully delve into the Word, they will be enlightened with great wisdom and spiritual insights. His Word is a roadmap for living a blessed life according to Psalms 1:1-3. This collection of poems are life changing for every area of your life. They emphasize the importance of the principle of trust and obedience to God. This is an unbeatable combination to receiving bountiful blessings from God. Pastor Rhodes sincerely believes that when one learns to live in that concept, they will change. You will have true peace, strength, satisfaction, fulfillment and mighty miracles will occur in your life. Also, Included in the array of poems is an example of a Biblical character whose life failed because he did not trust God. He was disobedient to God. You will read what happened to him. Author Bio: Pastor Rhodes is a former public high school teacher in Michigan. However, God called her into ministry. He told her to feed My sheep and to teach them to obey Him. With that goal in mind, she and her late husband Co-pastor David Rhodes founded their church, New Life! Christian Ministries in 1991. Through the years, as she has pastored and taught God's Word, He developed another ministry in her which is biblical writing. TRUST AND OBEY is her first publication.
