Long before and certainly since H.G. Wells fictionally postulated it as a 4th dimension to be conquered and Einstein presented it in scientific terms, time has been loved and hated, admired and derided, accepted and challenged by the human species. Through realistic, illusory, mysterious, fantastic, and fanciful narratives sprinkled with an occasional poem, Timely Journeys invites the reader to explore both the internal and external enormity of time. Within these pages may be found, among others: a prophetic tale of telepathic channeling; a future world utopia that turns our culture on its head; lands where illusion and reality intersect; a glimpse into the fading realm of dementia; and psychological studies of characters interacting with life in their times. Concluding with a novel depicting another time traveler-albeit one conveyed by circumstance rather than machine-Timely Journeys is a mind altering, timeless experience.
