Shadow Force

'Shadow Troop' is the story of Simon Cursey, an NCO with the long denied Military Reaction Force (MRF), a short lived British Army Military Intelligence unit, closely associated with MI6 in the most dramatic period of The Troubles in Ireland, from 1972 to 1974. But it is also the story of counter-insurgency as designed by the British Army's Frank Kitson.
