Thoughts of a Wannabe Artist
A Poetry Chapbook
What do you say when you are overwhelmed and at a loss for words?
Thoughts of a Wannabe Artist is exactly that-the voice of a lost, broken-hearted, and grieving young adult searching for words to soothe and mollify a tormented mind. Intimate poems attempt clear expression but fall victim to the writer's curse: speaking in riddles.
This chapbook follows the journey of a tempestuous young adult navigating love, life, and despair. It is broken into three sections, imitating the short life of a butterfly-in the author's case: love, hardship, and change.
This book is for:
- Lovers
- Wanderers
- Those searching to escape in words
Thoughts of a Wannabe Artist is about asking questions and finding comfort after they're answered.
