Things Not Seen is the continuation of the story of the characters in Things Not Said. It is the second book of the trilogy. The reader will learn how Jennifer Crawson, and Madeline Davis made it to Charleston, South Carolina in the first place. Maddie Davis's son was kidnapped. When the authorities rescue him, they are unable to find his mother. When Maddie finally finds out what happened to her son, a prominent family in the Atlanta area was planning on adopting him. Maddie has to decide on whether to give her son up, so he can have a better life, or bring him back to an environment where he might not survive. She decides to start her life over, and moves to Charleston. Jennifer Crawson witnesses a child abduction ring, and has to get involved with the FBI to protect herself, and her mother. She also moves to Charleston in an effort to conceal her identity. See what part the FBI, the Mafia, Arabian horses, a young puppy running wild on the interstate, have to do with the rescue of children, and the enevitable work of karma in the character's lives. Romans 12:21 says, Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. Evil and good can dwell all around us, changing our lives without a moments notice, making humans of us all.
