The stories are interesting and thought provoking for all ages. The book is aimed at readers from 7 plus so it uses large spaced out font, short chapters with intermittent greyscale drawings. Characters in the book range up to age of twelve so the book would be enjoyed by pre-teens also and is accessible for most reading abilities.

Written by Natasha Delaney who was a finalist for school librarian of the year in 2023 and a school Well Being champion. Natasha used her knowledge and experience to write a book she felt children would enjoy and find helpful to apply in their daily lives.
