About the Author
Luciane Davidson is the founder of the Mariautis Mission. After losing her beloved autistic brother to depression, she dedicated her life to understanding autism and mental health. Inspired by love and purpose, she became deeply engaged in studying autism rights, the link between autism and depression, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), becoming certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Her mission was born from the deep bond she shares with her autistic niece the daughter her brother left in her care. For Luciane, Maria is not only a child to protect and love, but also a living continuation of her brother's presence. Through her storytelling and the work of her foundation, Luciane brings light to both the challenges and the beauty of the autistic experience.She believes this mission is not just a path it is her life's purpose.
