The Bell Sisters, Genevieve Vivi, Elizabeth Bits', and Susan Swoosie, don't have much in common other than they all belong to the same nickname-loving parents. Three women, who in their eyes couldn't be more different, are brought together for the first time since their mother's death to celebrate Susan's wedding. When all the Bell girls are back under one roof, it isn't just the storm clouds Vivi brought with her from Italy that threaten the peace and tranquility of Lakewood life. The Bell patriarch, Bobbos, soon decides that what they really need is an adventure to really bring his girls back together. With a little deception and a fatherly ultimatum, the sisters Bell hit the road on the journey of a lifetime. What they find isn't just the beach, but so much more. Can they overcome all the obstacles of age, distance and history to help one another through some of life's most difficult challenges?
