ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Paul Sheth is an architect who has been running since the last 10 years, completing 3 full marathons and several half marathons. She started running to migigate the pain from her personal life and discovered that as she grew as a runner, she also grew as a person. It taught her to smile again. Over the last 10 years, she has brought up 2 teenagers as a single parent, worked as an architect designing restaurants, and developed a whole new life thanks to running.
