Leopoldo Ceballos López (Alcazarquivir, 1935 - Madrid, 2023) held a degree in Law and was a State Commercial Technician and Economist, as well as a writer. He worked in Tangier, Europe, and the Middle East, and held prominent positions in both public institutions and private companies.
