Throughout his career, he has worked with individuals, couples, families, military service members, and groups, helping people navigate communication challenges, relationship conflict, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and unhealthy patterns.

His approach combines clinical knowledge, real-life application, self-awareness, accountability, emotional intelligence, and practical strategies for change.
