The Next Lesson is a spiritual concept and includes a daily practice journal. This book is simple in concept but profound in application. It is intended to inspire healing on a very deep level and to be useful to those of both religious and nonreligious orientations. The main goal is to catalyse a shift in perspective with the hardships of life.
