Some poems are soft.

Some remember a childhood filled with snow forts, beach trips, fireflies, cartoons, and buttered toast. Others confront the weight of adulthood, the fear of being forgotten, the ache of loving someone who may not love you back, death, depression and more.
There is no single story to follow. No carefully arranged progression from beginning to end.
One page may bring you a love poem.
The next may bring you grief.
Then nostalgia.
Then fear.
Then something silly and innocent.
Then death.
Then hope.
That unpredictability is intentional.
