Motley B. Davis has been loving the Lord as long as he can remember. He loves poetry and song writing. He wrote his first song at the age of 12, sending it to Nashville, Tennessee to be published. He also wrote a second song (Have Faith in God), for the Lehigh Valley Voices of Praise. Since then he has published a poem (Do You Love Me) in the published work of poems (The Lightness of Being), by various writers. He received the Editor's Choice Award by the International Library of Poetry 2000. He was personally invited to recite his poem at the World Spring Convention and Symposium of the International Society of Poets 2001, at Walt Disney World, Orlando Florida by America's favorite Brady Bunch mom, Florence Henderson. Mr. Davis is currently living in Easton, PA where he attends the Greater Shiloh Church, serving as a Deacon in the service of the Lord with his wife Carmen of 25 years. He is the father of 5 children and has 13 grandchildren.
