Six former child stars struggle with the fallout of fame as they discover the bone-chilling secret behind their A-list lives. Enter a world where designer drugs bow to the perfection of a beautiful corpse, and monsters roam free. Seventeen-year-old Carla Shane, fresh from rehab, is ready to give stardom a second chance as a budding reality star. Only, things take a strange turn when she meets a mysterious lady wearing size fourteen pumps - offering a unique shortcut to fame and fortune. Same goes for Jordan, Whitney, J.J., Troy, and Harlow - all at a crossroads in their lives when a series of bizarre and mysterious events unfold; Whitney's gambling problem defies the laws of physics, J.J.'s beloved childhood action figure comes to life, Troy stumbles upon a wild animal offering nirvana, Harlow quietly stages a psychic coup, and Jordan is . . . well, not exactly Jordan these days. Are they unwitting participants or willing accomplices in a scheme of epic proportions? Creative destruction meets Hollywood cool in this sci-fi mystery of perilous twists and turns.
