People believe that governments and systems of justice give them the human rights, through specific laws, rules, and regulations, which is not true. Your human rights are innate, and therefore they are always yours, because you are a living human being by nature. Authorities might give you privileges, yet privileges are not rights. Authorities infringe your human rights, and many times, they do so with your full agreement. Because you cannot have authorities and human rights simultaneously, waving your human rights whenever you do.
Should authorities not take away your human rights, mostly when you break the law? No, since human rights are in the human nature, and it is impossible to be taken away. You wave away the human rights, through consensual agreements. Furthermore, human rights are of the third intelligent human level, while laws, beliefs, privileges, corporations, and jurisdictions are of the first consensual level, remaining incompatible. Authorities write these laws themselves, to infringe the human rights. Everybody knows it, and everybody makes it possible, while losing the human rights to be in their jurisdictions, since they cannot fit in jurisdictions as living human beings. It always happens, with humans, souls, and everyone else, making all tyrants and all servants possible, in a normal human world.
The human interaction is sometimes harmonious and sometimes harmful, and yet, through human rights and by higher laws, all human interaction should be harmonious, never harmful. However, when you want to have more than others, as all tyrants do, you cannot have it in a harmonious egalitarian manner, but only by force. When you persist to choose tyranny, you have to change the entire world on your behalf, as all tyrants do. Yet this is not the human world anymore, as it is not the human meaning, but only a consensual enterprise, where humans become merchandise themselves, while fighting and exploiting themselves, in a disharmonious manner. People create entire wars to take what others have, in an organized crime, while other times, people use consensual schemes and legal trickery to determine others to hand them everything including themselves, in a similar organized crime.
This is not the human meaning, yet it is always possible, through agreements, through your agreement to give them everything, while calling them your great kings, wonderful masters, good lords, helpful patrons, or wonderful chiefs, serving them endlessly. With the human rights always present, to assure the human freedom, meaning, harmony, and fulfillment in life and in the world, and with an entire world consensual under oath, serving diligently a multitude of tyrants ruling everything as they please.
Where exactly are the human rights? They are always in the real world, among all living human beings. However, as you live your life in tyranny and in servitude, at the first consensual level, as all corporations do, throughout all possible jurisdictions and ideologies, you are fiat, only a corporation, but not a living human being, while all human rights belong to living human beings, never to corporations. Corporations have privileges, while humans have rights. The human rights are always present, yet they never address you under oath, since you are considered only consensual under oath.
This book helps you maintain control throughout life while protecting yourself, helping you understand your status, rights, privileges, and place in life and in the world, further helping you become more aware and more responsible.
