The Hottest State

In his first novel, actor/writer Ethan Hawke takes readers for a walk--or, rather, a breakneck run--on the wild side of romance, New York City-style, as he portrays both the rapturous discoveries of young love and the ruinous grief of youthful loss. A worthy first novel.--The Times (London).
