Growing up in a hockey hotbed like Montreal, being an ice hockey goalie was the only thing Jimmy Fraser saw himself doing the rest of his life. Playing goal was his passion and it came purely natural to him; he was born to do it. Jimmy had everything going for him as a young hockey prospect labelled for stardom, when an unfortunate blow forces him onto an alternate path. He eventually manages to move on, finding happiness and discovering other passions, through the help of family, good friends, and his true love, Tracy. The story would normally end here, but circumstances, unique to only a hockey mecca like Montreal, send Jimmy Fraser on a road with destiny. This story is an emotional coaster ride for all sports enthusiasts, especially hockey fans. Something for those who enjoy a tale about rising against the odds to live a dream. I hope you'll share in my passion for the game, and for life, when reading this book.
