Upon realizing the true operation of the F.O.R.T., Adrian and his new friend, Rhona, decide to escape. Throughout the solar system, there is war. During his escape, Adrian runs into a fleet of pilots racing to the loading bay. Having nowhere else to run, Adrian climbs in a craft and goes along for the ride. Soon after, Adrian joins an elite task force within the Militaristic Republic of the United Nations (M-RUN) and eventually inherits a crucial role for influencing the remainder of the war.
