About Dr Finn Majlergaard
Dr Finn Majlergaard brings more than two decades of experience as a visiting professor and dissertation supervisor at leading business schools and universities worldwide. Before entering academia, he spent 15 years in the tech industry, where he witnessed firsthand the powerful psychological sales tactics still used today to push organisations into overspending on technology.
His doctoral research focused on cross-cultural leadership, and he is now the founder and CEO of Gugin, an international consultancy that helps organisations build winning cultures and develop leaders with strong cultural and emotional intelligence.
He is an award-winning keynote speaker known for challenging conventions and provoking thought, Dr Majlergaard inspires audiences to see the world differently.
