This is a book about happy people getting their hearts right. It's about getting away from selfishness, seeing the difference between selfishness and being yourself. What is there to do inside to make happiness? There are things to do. They use a basic, ruthless honesty. We must honestly wake up and see (admit) what is really true about ourselves inside and the world outside. These actions improve our lives and give us meaning, hope, love, and positivity. In our true nature, we're all made to be positive and loving, but we must create it, find it, choose it. We must make it happen. This is the only way a society can really work. Only a positive happiness can go on eternally (we are eternal), and if we simply (truly) learn the positive secrets, we can make ourselves into positive, loving people who are well suited to be citizens of the vast universe's civilization that actually surrounds us in the sky right now and will never die or end. We must wake up to it. Like the people in Copernicus's time who were not awake to the basic mechanisms of the solar system, namely, that the earth moves around the sun, we are not awake to the true universe civilization we live in now-the real heavenly kingdom that surrounds us.
