They may feel the shame of being cheated by someone, the frustration of a missed sexual encounter, or the emptiness of never acting upon the urge to love the person meant for them. So, they go to The Closure Clinic, which became big over night after Alberto appeared on the Oprah show. A suppressed tragedy in his own life, triggered by current events, shows that Alberto needs closure more than any of his clients. Alberto's mental state becomes erratic and disrupts his happy family and the practice. He receives visits from the dead, causes others to hallucinate, and experiences temporal psychosis. After a trip to Hell where he and his family receive death threats, Alberto resolves to settle the past with revenge in the present, thus leading to a suspense filled and surprise ending.
