Once in a Blue Moon, a legend is born. The blue moon butterfly lives for one magical night to deliver a masterpiece that will create everlasting joy, and silence the crickets!
With the encouragement of the Blue Moon, she makes the most of her hours on earth by dancing her eternal heart song.
The Legend of the Blue Moon Butterfly is a lullaby written for children who may have experienced the loss of a sibling. It is an ode to those beautiful, yet brief, lives, that have graced us, but for a little while, leaving an indelible mark upon our hearts. It is a timeless tale dedicated to the mothers and fathers who have wondered if their loss has meaning or have grappled with hard decisions when it comes to allowing life to take the course of God's plan.
Women, the world over, face momentous decisions when it comes to the birth of their children. Pregnancies can be joyous, or they can come with heartbreak. But there is one thing that is true which is there is no mistaking a life that miraculously takes hold, even if it is for a very brief time.
- Every year, approximately 7.9 million infants are born worldwide with serious birth defects.
- An estimated 240,000 newborn die worldwide due to congenital disorders.
How do we process the brevity of life? We let God determine the moments.
