As a special yellow backpack travels between two homes, it carries familiar things like a teddy bear, pajamas, books, and crayons. Along the way, children are reminded that it is okay to have big feelings, miss someone, and need time to adjust.
Most importantly, this comforting story teaches children that they do not have to choose between the people they love. They can feel safe, supported, and loved in both homes.
