About the Author: Jennifer is a stay-at-home mom of two, a former nurse, and a published research author in neurobiology, nutrition, and nursing. She holds degrees in Nursing and Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. She enjoys playing trains, flashcards, art, and bubble blowing with her kids.
