Take Me to Peru is the third book in the World Adventures Series which strives to introduce cultural ideas to young children. Each book is beautifully illustrated to show unique features of each particular country including customs, native plants and animals, clothing, exports, traditions and other cultural differences. The series was created by poet, Katie Kahn, and her daughter who loves animals and adventure. Kahn helped her daughter incorporate her research into a poem.
