Tsuchigumo

After financial ruin, Asuka's family finds an all-too-affordable escape: a dilapidated house bordering the dense, ominous forest. But the house comes with a chilling warning from Aunt Rachel: the woods are home to a Tsuchigumo, a monstrous, shapeshifting spider demon.

Dismissed as folklore by her mother, the warning soon becomes a terrifying reality. Spiders swarm the house, sticky webs appear from nowhere, and when her younger brother, Renji, and his cat, Mr. Tofu, vanish, Asuka must brave the forest's unsettling silence.

She finds Renji cocooned in a gruesome web and confronts the massive Tsuchigumo, Asuka escapes the battle, bringing her family home... or so she thinks. A chilling realization dawns: the Tsuchigumo is a master of mimicry, and the victory potion may have only led to the ultimate deception.
