In Part One, Mary takes instruction from her Spirit Guide, Gerard, as he tries to explain the process of her physical death to her gently and where she can expect to proceed from that point. Gerard guides Mary in a caring and loving manner as she comes to the realisation that she has left her physical existence of fifty-five years permanently and she has returned to her ongoing spiritual life that is never-ending. He reveals her spiritual name to her. Finally, Gerard takes her to her permanent home in his reality as Mary attempts to come to terms with the enormity of what has occurred to her. Part Two of Transition - The Final Journey - provides a series of Discourses from Onoraus, another Spiritual Guide, who gives a detailed description of life at an earlier time on Earth, namely at the time of the Essenes at Qumran.
