Touché is a heartfelt, entertaining account of a ten year-old boy's discovery of God's purpose for him, then formulating and executing a plan that resulted in his winning two All-American awards for fencing at Notre Dame. Todd Griffee's journey includes examples of troubleshooting obstacles that provided life lessons through his life. Touché gives guidance-with the realization that nothing is impossible-to discover your goal, then formulate, execute, and troubleshoot your plan. The desired result is if you can see how God performed miracles in Todd's life, you can have hope God can perform miracles in your life.
Endorsement: As I read Touché by author Todd Griffee, I could not help but think of the quote by Mark Twain: The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why. Griffee captures the essence of this profound statement through his personal journeys and experiences. He finds his own purpose through the unique sum of all parts which appeal to all ages and life experience levels. A well-worthy read.-Chriss Lyon, author, A Killing in Capone's Playground: The True Story of the Hunt for the Most Dangerous Man Alive
Todd Griffee is a two-time All-American fencer at Notre Dame who got there through hard work, determination, and the help of several extraordinary people. His roadmap is a helpful guide on how to persevere and succeed in life. What makes this book so wonderful is that through teaching the reader his path to success, he reveals himself - plainly, directly, and honestly. It's a real gift to glimpse the soul of an author, and Todd's book gives you just that.-Gia Kvaratskhelia, head coach, fencing, Notre Dame Athletics
About the Author: Todd J. Griffee, at 10 years-old, was inspired with his life purpose of being a G-Man. He utilized his love of Notre Dame, history, and military service to execute a plan that resulted in his graduating Notre Dame with 2 All-American fencing awards, and a commission as an Army officer. Todd went on to a career in local, state, and federal law enforcement, and is currently an NCIS Investigator.
