The book includes photograps from several walks between Anglesea and Lorne. A map shows the locale of each walk on which photographs were taken and an introduction creates my experience of the atmosphere in each location.

For almost twenty years I have wondered along coast and through forrest and scrub along the Southern Ocean of Victoria and found respite from the busy and busteling city.
