This is my life tells the true story of my upbringing in Philadelphia, and the challenges I have faced and overcame. Through heartache and pain, to losing loved ones and having children yet still trying to manage everyday life.
From fighting for my life, to washing the blood of brother off my hands was enough to make the strongest human break. From dealing with mental health, anxiety, survival, and having the ability to heal from it all. This journey has taken me several years to get to this point but we're here now.
I was so afraid of what everyone else would think when there's so many others around me who struggle and have dealt with similar issues. So, I am here as a voice for whomever is struggling with any kind of mental illness. I want you all to know that you do not heal overnight, it takes time, patience and with the right help you can make it through. You are stronger than you know.
