Tendrils of Belief: Poems 1997 - 2006 picks up the adventures of our Baby Crone after Sappho's Delights. What's worse, reading someone's journal, or having your journal read? After Pandora's box opened, kayla stopped writing for five years. No longer a maiden, she embraced motherhood, became a gay divorcée in a time when we did not have gay marriage, and moved from retail therapy to hypnotherapy. She also transitioned from being a lesbian to a tresbian - tranny loving lesbian, and of course, in French très bien means very good.
Reflecting the times of Y2K, here is more scrumptious food for thought, nuggets to savor and relish. Inspired by Adrienne Rich's, On Lies Secrets, and Silence, these tender tales continue a quest into a deeper knowing of self, family, and community through poems, meditations, affirmations, and some lamentations.
