The Temple Rebuilt is a poem written by Frederick R. Abbe. The poem is focused on the rebuilding of the Temple of Jerusalem, which was destroyed by the Babylonians in 586 BCE. The author uses vivid imagery and powerful language to describe the process of rebuilding the Temple, from the laying of the foundation to the placing of the final stone. Abbe also explores the spiritual and emotional significance of the Temple, and how its reconstruction represents the restoration of the Jewish people's connection to their faith and history. The poem is a tribute to the resilience and determination of the Jewish people, and a celebration of their enduring faith. Overall, The Temple Rebuilt is a powerful and inspiring work of poetry that captures the essence of the Jewish people's struggle and triumph. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
