This book is a peek into one woman's journey to a new life: From deep energetic healing to soul connections in a metaphysical chat room; from an opening of her sensual, passionate nature to a growing relationship with the spiritual life. Barbara shares pages from her journal during a time when she began to write poetry because prose could no longer express the inner transformation and life changes that she was experiencing. Barbara's hope is that others will be inspired to embark on their own magnificent journeys despite the challenges of swimming in the deep waters of the Great Mystery. Her very human expressions of confusion, fear, grief, and excitement do not candy-coat this experience. She speaks of her current life as Lifetime #2, feeling that she is not the person she was in the first half of her life. The one thing that is the same is my Heart.
