The book Some Greek Original Gnostic Works In Coptic Translation is written by G.R.S. Mead. It contains a collection of translated texts from the Gnostic tradition, which were originally written in Greek but have been preserved in Coptic translations. The texts included in the book are considered to be some of the most important Gnostic works, including the Gospel of Thomas, the Gospel of Mary, and the Pistis Sophia. The book provides an introduction to the Gnostic tradition and its beliefs, as well as an analysis of the texts themselves. Mead's translations are considered to be some of the most accurate and reliable available, making this book an essential resource for scholars and students of Gnosticism.THIS 146 PAGE ARTICLE WAS EXTRACTED FROM THE BOOK: Fragments of a Faith Forgotten, by G.
